hier ist das Programm der Wagyu Gala Veranstaltung am 21./22. August auf dem Hof Holtmann in Münster-Albachten. Wir freuen uns auf eine tolle Veranstaltung mit Besuchern vor Ort, mit den Auktionstieren vor Ort, und – das als Überraschung – auf eine Wagyu Schau mit dem weltweit erfahrensten Mann aus USA als Preisrichter.

here is the program of the Waguy Gala event on August 21 and 22 on the farm Holtmann in Münster/Germany. We are looking forward to an event with visitors present, the sale cattle present, and – as a surprise – a Wagyu Show with the world wide most experienced judge from USA.

 

 

Samstag, 21. August 2021:

Ab 15:00            Die Tore öffnen für Besucher auf dem Hof Holtmann

16:30                 Die Wagyu Gala Schau

                          Rangieren der Auktionstiere durch PJ Budler aus Texas, international erfahrenster Preisrichter

für Wagyutiere weltweit

                          Außerdem eine „Open Class“, mit Tieren, die nicht in der Auktion sind.

                          Die Ausschreibung dafür folgt in Kürze.

Abends              Züchterabend mit einem erlebnisreichen Wagyu Catering und Live Musik vom feinsten

                          Für Unterhaltung und Überraschungen ist gesorgt.

Durch das Programm führt Jeanette Kuhn vom WDR.

Sonntag, 22. August 2021:

10:00                 „Wagyu-Frühstück“, Anbieter von Wagyu Beef präsentieren ihre Frühstücks Variationen

11:30                 Happy Hour, gesponsert von Wagyu DE und Wagyu Münsterland

12:30                 Beginn der European Wagyu Gala Auktion

                          Ein tolles Auktionsangebot wartet auf uns.

                          Der Auktionskatalog ist in Arbeit.
