jetzt ist es so weit, wir freuen uns sehr, Ihnen die nächste große Wagyu Veranstaltung mit Elite Auktion im Herbst ankündigen zu können. Es handelt sich um den ersten European Wagyu Elite Sale am 19. und 20. September 2025 in Negenharrie/Schleswig Holstein auf dem Betrieb Holstein Wagyu der Familie Marquardt.

Diese Auktion wird vom Datum her eine Nachfolgeveranstaltung der European Wagyu Gala, die die letzten 10 Jahre in Münster stattfand. Mit neuem Namen und der Familie Marquardt als neuem Gastgeber. Mitveranstalter wird die Firma Wagyu DE, Altenberge, sein.

with pleasure we announce the next big Wagyu event including Elite Auction this coming fall. It will be the first edition of the European Wagyu Elite Sale on September 19 and 20, 2025 in Negenharrie/Schleswig Holstein on the farm of Holstein Wagyu, family Marquardt.

 

This auction is the follow up event of the European Wagyu Gala which took place in Münster for the last 10 years. With a new name and with the family Marquardt as the new host. Co-organizer will Wagyu DE, Altenberge.  

 

Das genaue Programm werden wir in den nächsten Wochen publizieren. Schon jetzt sei gesagt, am Freitag Abend gibt es einen Züchtertreff mit „Surf and Turf“ Buffet und Shantys in der Boxengasse und am Samstag dann Tag des offenen Hofes, um 18 Uhr die Auktion und anschließend große After-Sale-Party.

The detailled program will be announced in the next weeks. At this point we can say that there will be a Breeders Event with „Surf and Turf“ Buffet and Shantys in the Pit Lane on Friday evening and then on Saturday Open House, at 6 pm the auction and afterwards the After-Sale-Party.

Die Auktion wird das Beste der europäischen Wagyuzucht bieten. Genetik mit internationalen Pedigrees und hohen Zuchtwerten, u.a. Tiere im 1%/3%/5% Bereich für SRI und BFI Index. Mehr Information dazu später.

Mark the date 19/20 September in your calendar. It is very worthwhile to get to know the farm Holstein Wagyu. 

The auction will offer the best of European Wagyu breeding. Genetics with international pedigrees and high indexes, e.g. animals in the 1%/3%/5% percentile for SRI and BFI index. More info to follow later.
