die Vorbereitungen für die European Wagyu Gala Auktion am 9. September bei Holtmann in Münster laufen. Der Katalog ist in Arbeit.
Ab 13:00 Uhr werden die Tore geöffnet sein und Besucher sind willkommen. Am Nachmittag gibt es ein Programm mit unseren Gästen aus USA, und um 17:30 Uhr nach der Happy Hour beginnt dann die Auktion.
the preparations for the Wagyu Gala Sale on September 9 on the Holtmann Farm in in Münster/Germany are proceeding. We are working on the catalog.
Doors will open at 13:00 and visitors are welcome then. In the afternoon there will be a program with our guests from USA, and at 17:30, after the Happy Hour, the auction will start.

Wir freuen uns, 2 Experten aus USA in Münster zu der Veranstaltung begrüßen zu können.
Der eine ist PJ Budler aus Fort Worth, Texas. PJ ist der wohl bekannteste Preisrichter für Wagyus und andere Fleischrassen weltweit. Auf allen Kontinenten hat er bereits Nationalschauen gerichtet.
Er wird dieses Mal eine Demonstration zur Beurteilung von Wagyutieren nach dem Exterieur geben. Dazu wird er ausgewählte Tiere aus der Auktion rangieren, und jedes einzelne Tier exakt beschreiben und besprechen. Hier können wir lernen, worauf es beim Exterieur unserer Wagyutiere ankommt.
Außerdem wird PJ Budler bei der Gala in Münster die Wagyu Weltsieger 2022 ehren. Erleben Sie mit, wer der 2022 Wagyu Champion of the World wird (Bulle), und wer die 2022 Wagyu Miss World (Kuh).
Danach kommt Dr. Scott Armbrust aus Green Bay, Wisconsin. Scott Armbrust ist ein Pionier des Embryo Transfers und ein weltweiter Experte für alle Fragen der Reproduktion. Er wird uns erklären, was die Tricks und Kniffe sind, um erfolgreich ET durchzuführen. Und was die Wagyus von anderen Rassen unterscheidet.
Scott Armbrust ist aber auch selbst aktiver und erfolgreicher Wagyuzüchter in Wisconsin, USA. Er wird uns seine Sicht der Dinge in der internationalen Wagyuzucht erklären, und einige seiner Zuchttiere vorstellen.

We are glad that we can welcome 2 experts from USA in Münster to our event.
The one is PJ Budler from Fort Worth, Texas. PJ is the probably most well-known judge of Wagyus and other beef breeds in the world. He has been judging National Shows on all continents.
He will give us a demonstration about the evaluation of Wagyu animals on their phenotype. To do this, he will rank selected auction animals, and he will describe and discuss every animal in an exact way. We all can learn what is important about the type of our Wagyu animals.
Also, PJ Budler will honour at the Gala in Münster the Wagyu World Champions 2022. Experience live who will be 2022 Wagyu Champion of the World (Bull), and who the 2022 Wagyu Miss World (Cow).
And then we will have Dr. Scott Armbrust from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Scott Armbrust is a pioneer of the Embryo Transfer and a world-wide expert for all questions around reproduction. He will explain to us what the tricks are to be successfull with ET. And what differs the Wagyus from other breeds.
Scott Armbrust is also an active Wagyu breeder himself, located in Wisconsin, USA. He will explain to us how he sees the situation in the internmational Wagyu breeding, and will present some of his breeding animals.
